Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the first paragraph of the order, dated 02.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.16419 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1112 of 2023, the case number has been wrongly mentioned as Spl.S.C.No.194 of 2020 instead of Spl.S.C.No.194 of 2021; and that in the cause title, the name of the petitioner's counsel has been wrongly mentioned as Mr.R.Venkatesh instead of Mr.A.Velmurugan. 3.Registry is directed to carryout the above said correction and issue fresh order copy.
