Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent herein pertaining to his Order No., / 5847/ 05 - (1) dated 31.08.2005 quash the same and the direct the respondents herein to fix the rent for the premises No.22 A, Main Road, Pudupalayam, Cuddalore, where the Office of the 1st respondent is situated at the rate of Rs.3,000/- p.m. with effect from 1-41996 and subsequent increase of 5% rent every year and pay the same to the petitioner herein.
