This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 6 of the order, dated 23.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.10306 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.453 of 2023.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition for the past four months.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10306 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.453 of 2023 in para 6 is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is ordered.
