Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition passed by this Honble court directing the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am till the issue is settled in Crl op no.19796 of 2021 dated 26.10.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.N.NARESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.BALAJI,Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 26.10.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that this Court by its order dated 26.10.2021 directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., till the issue is settled, however, till date the issue is not settled. Hence, he prays this Court may dismiss this Criminal Miscellaneous petition seeking relaxation of the condition.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to as the matter is not settled till date.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 26.10.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.No.19796 of 2021 cannot be modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., till the issue is settled. Hence, all conditions imposed in order dated 26.10.2021 remains unaltered.
