ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition styled as Public Interest Litigation is filed seeking to challenge the alleged unauthorised construction made by private respondent No.6 on his own land.

2. In the absence of there being an allegation that the construction has been made encroaching upon public land or public street or any Government land, the petition is liable to be dismissed and no Public Interest Litigation can be maintained. Petitioner lacks locus standi to maintain this petition.
