O R D E R
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16320 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24156 of 2024, dated 21.11.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed and the presence of the petitioner is no more required by the respondent police.
