This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.No.16997 of 2024 by an order dated 22.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the postal pin code was wrongly mentioned in the order copy, hence the petitioner could not surrender within the time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, the time granted by this Court has got expired. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for another period of one month.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
