As the issue involved in this writ petition comes under the jurisdiction of the Madurai Bench of this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition before the Madurai Bench and he has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
