O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent would submit that the competent authority to take action is the impleaded respondent viz., the third respondent., the Principal Secretary, Local Planning Authority, Corporation Shopping Complex, First Floor, Raju Naidu Street, Sivananda Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu-641 012.

2. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to approach the aforesaid authority within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the third respondent is directed to take action within a period of six weeks thereafter.
