This petition has been filed to extend the time granted as per order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17133 of 2024 by order dated 22.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that petitioner was admitted in the hospital, therefore unable to comply the condition to furnish sureties and also taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for another one month. Accordingly, ordered.
