CMP No.20731 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner/appellant to condone the delay of 767 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of deceased 1st respondent N.K.Gopal in the above second appeal.

CMP No.20732 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner/appellant to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of deceased 1st respondent N.K.Gopal in the above second appeal.

CMP No.20733 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner/appellant to bring on record the proposed respondents 10 to 12 herein, who are the legal heirs of deceased 1st respondent namely N.K.Gopal and rank them as respondents in the above second appeal.

CMP No.20824 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner/appellant to condone the delay of 2045 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of deceased 3rd respondent Sundiramani in the above second appeal.

CMP No.20826 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner/appellant to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of deceased 3rd respondent Sundiramani in the above second appeal.

A.A.NAKKIRAN,J uma CMP No.20829 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner/appellant to bring on record the proposed respondents 13 to 15 herein, who are the legal heirs of deceased 3rd respondent namely Sundiramani and rank them as respondents in the above second appeal.

2. There is no representation for the respondents.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these six petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the second appeal.

5. Post the second appeal on 18.06.2025.
