ORDER

Since this Court, by quoting the reported decisions of the Division Benches of this Court reported in [2005] Writ Law Reporter 321 [Formation of Indian Network Marketing Association rep.by its President M/s.Apple FMCG Marketing Private Ltd., rep. by its Chief Executive Officer and others] and [2005] Writ Law Reporter 389 [Tamilaga Asiriyar Kootani rep.by its General Secretary V.Annamalai Vs. The Government of Tamil Nadu rep.by its Secretary to Government, School https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Education Department, Chennai-9 and others], expressed its view that an Association cannot expose the cause of an individual/aggrieved person, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition in the personal capacity and he has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect.

In view of the submission and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for, is granted. No costs.
