2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that as the tenure of the first respondent is already over, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

3. In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
