The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18769 of 2024, dated 02.08.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner complied the condition for 49 days and that he has no previous case, further investigation is almost completed.
