2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.Umme Ruman, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has got no objection in allowing these petitions. He submitted that the issue between the petitioner and the respondent are in the process of settlement. In all likelihood, the issue could be settled shortly and seeks short time to report settlement.

4.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petitions are ordered.
