Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. This Court do not find any valid reason to condone the delay in filing the review application. That apart, the petitioner has not pointed out any error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference to review the order dated 14.07.2022 made in W.P.No.11785 of 2022 and therefore, the same is liable to be dismissed. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay of 36 days in filing this review application.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, unnumbered Review Application stands rejected. No costs. 09.11.2022 Page No.2 of 5
