The Registry is also directed to verify as to whether the co-accused in this case viz., Raji (A1), S/o.Annamalai, has filed any appeal challenging his conviction and sentence by judgment and order dated 16.03.2021 passed in S.C.No.96 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Sessions Court, Krishnagiri and place a report before this Court at the time of listing the above appeal for admission.
