W.M.P.No.28400 of 2023 in W.P. No.27211 of 2015 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., and N.MALA, J., (Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) This petition has been filed seeking modification/clarification of the order of the Division Bench in W.P. No.27211 of 2015.

2. We find that this order of the Division Bench dated 24.08.2022 has been confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P. (Civil) Nos.21391 and 20081 to 20085 of 2022 and the State has accepted the said order. Hence we refuse to entertain this petition for modification/clarification and the same is dismissed.
