Crl.M.P.No.15145 of 2019 in Crl.RC.No.626 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time by further period of four weeks to deposit the amount of Rs.30 lakhs as directed by this Court vide orders dated 03.07.2019 and 16.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.8715 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.626 of 2019.

2. This Court while suspending the sentence by order dated 03.07.2019 directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs Only) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. This Court has stated that if the petitioner fails to comply with the conditions within the stipulated period the trial Court shall issue committal warrant to secure the petitioner for undergoing sentence imposed on him. Thereafter on 16.08.2019 the petitioner has sought for extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.30,00,000/- and this Court granted extension of time by four weeks. The petitioner is unable to comply with the order, hence he had filed the present petition seeking for extension of time by another four weeks to deposit the amount of Rs.30 lakhs.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Taking into consideration and the submission, time is extended till 31.10.2019 from today. The petitioner shall deposit the amount of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs Only) before the trial Court on or before 31.10.2019, failing which the trial Court shall issue committal warrant to secure the petitioner for undergoing sentence imposed on him .
