Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body of R.Akshaya, daughter of the petitioner aged about 18 years before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty from the custody of 3rd respondent.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenue is a major and during the course of enquiry, the Inspector of Police found that she is willing to join the family of one Suganesh, who is residing along with his father Mr.Mohanraj. As per her wishes, the detenue was permitted to go along with Mr.Suganesh.

2. Since the detenue is not in illegal detention, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
