ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 02.01.2017 passed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court in W.P.No.35930 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.There appears to be a contrary stand taken by the Tahsildar, based upon which, a stand has been taken by the respondent that the property in question is a private one. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it is a public property.

4.We are not inclined to go into the said issue, that too, in this proceedings, especially when the private parties, who claim the property in question as such, were not the parties in the writ petition.

5.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
