O R D E R

[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The Petitioner, who is the mother of the minor detenue, viz. Tamilselvi, has come up with this Petition, seeking to produce the detenue.

This matter is taken up for hearing today, at the instance of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.

The detenue is present before this Court. Also, the Petitioner, the mother of the detenue is present before this Court, after due intimation. On enquiry, it is revealed that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the detenue is a minor and that, she is willing to go with the Petitioner.

Recording the same, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in this matter. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
