The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.79 of 2025 before the competent Court within the time frame that may be fixed by the Court.

respondent submitted that the investigation is over and negative charge sheet was filed and the same is pending before the Magistrate and notice was also served on the petitioner.
