Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance', Mr.R.Muthukumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.P.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 04.01.2023 has been complied with.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this case.
