Criminal Revision petition is filed under Section 397 r/w.401 Cr.P.C seeking to call for the records pertaining to M.C.No.354 of 2016 on the file of the learned VI Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai and to set aside the conditions imposed on the petitioner directing him to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- per month to the 1st petitioner and Rs.5000/- to the 2nd petitioner by the respondents by order dated 25.07.2018. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner also filed Memo dated 23rd February 2021 before the Registry.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
