This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.02.2023 made in W.P.No.5281 of 2023.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has produced a communication issued by the Tahsildar, Kangeyam addressed to the learned Government Advocate on 19.10.2023 where how the orders has been complied along with the copy of the statement given by the petitioner also has been annexed. After receipt of the copy of the documents, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also has accepted that the order of this Court has been complied.
