(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This is an application for condonation of delay of 145 days in filing the appeal.
2. Heard Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the applicants; Mr.T.M.Naveen, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2; Mr.M.Sivavarthanan, learned counsel for the third respondent and, Mr.M.J.Jaseem Mohamed, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.
3. Learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 opposes the application for condonation of delay on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned in the application and the applicants have no case on merits.
4. The merits of the contentions can be considered while considering the appeal. Reasons have been spelt out in the application.
