The appellant is acquitted of all charges under Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012.
2. It is reported by the learned counsel on either side that the appellant is now in incarceration. The appellant is directed to be set at liberty forthwith unless his custody is otherwise required in connection with any other case. Fine amount, if any paid, shall be refunded to the appellant forthwith. Bail bond, if any executed, shall stand cancelled.
