J U D G M E N T

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The order sought to be assailed dated 14.07.2025 in C.S.No.321 of 2019 is the proceedings of the Court and not an order passed in an application filed in a civil suit. The order impugned reveals that the matter was relegated to the learned Additional Master III for recording of evidence on 28.07.2025 and schedule was also fixed for completion of recording of evidence before the learned Additional Master. The Court further observed that on completion of recording of evidence, the parties are requested to file a convenience set for this Court to appreciate the arguments. The parties are directed to comply with the schedule fixed by this Court. This order would not provide a cause for institution of Original Side Appeal.

2. The Original Side Appeal has been numbered on account of the reason that the proceeding dated 14.07.2025 indicates the application numbers which were disposed of. Thus this Court is not inclined to entertain the present appeal.
