A.Ramakrishnan v. N.Parvathi
A.S.No.493 of 2017 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.
and N.SENTHILKUMAR, J.
After considerable persuasion, Mr.S.Sundaresan, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant would agree that he would take steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the 6th appellant. As far as the 4th appellant is concerned, according to the learned counsel, his petitions to bring on record and set-aside abatement filed in CMP SR Nos.118989 and 118991 are pending with the Registry. The Registry is directed to number those applications without insisting on an application for condonation of day since it is a case covered by the judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court for excluding the period of lock down from calculation of limitation. The numbered application shall be listed on 28.11.2023.
2.
Mr.S.Sundaresan, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that he would file the applications to bring on record the legal heirs of the 6th appellant, by then.
