This application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner to grant her the interim custody of two minor children namely, B.Bhavana aged about 13 years and B.Arjun aged about 9 years during Dussehra.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the respondent.

3. Interim order was already passed by this Court on 22.12.2020, wherein visitation rights have been granted to the applicant on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., and the same was extended until further orders. Now, the prayer sought for in this application has become infructuous, as Dussehra was over and the parties have adduced evidences in the trial, this application is dismissed as infructuous.

4. Registry is directed to post this matter before the learned Master concerned for recording evidence on 17.11.2023 and the trial should be completed within a period of one month.
