A.No.4502 of 2024 in C.S.No.564 of 2015 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the plaintiff seeks leave to file a reply statement. In the affidavit in support of the application, it is stated that the respondents have taken a contrary stand in the additional written statement especially with regard to the averments in relation to the creation of third party rights in the movie VAALU.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection to this application being allowed.

3. Upon considering the averments in the affidavit and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, this application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the Registry is directed to receive the written statement of the plaintiff.
