This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2269 days in paying deficit court fee of Rs.70/- in the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.54315 of 2016.

2.This petitions stands allowed on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/-.

3.Learned counsel for the appellant offered to pay the cost in the form of purchase of books for some junior counsel, which this Court records with appreciation.

4.Now, the learned counsel is required to procure books not exceeding Rs.2,000/- that may be useful to some junior advocates.

5.Post the matter on 21.04.2023 for reporting compliance.
