This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the Petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders" imposed in Crl.MP.No.11055 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.9863 of 2023 dated 04.08.2023 on the file of this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet was filed in this matter and the same was not taken on file before the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
