The writ petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned refusal check slip dated 08.08.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to receive decree and judgment in O.S.No.184/2011, dated 28.03.2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Attur and register the same.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that the document, which was refused registration for some defects and check slip issued on 08.08.2019 has been accepted and registered, after rectifying the defects and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infrucutous. No costs.
