O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the complaint dated 21.09.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the complaint dated 21.09.2015 has been received by the respondents in CSR No.128 of 2015, they have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and to register an FIR. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has given the complaint dated 21.09.2015 in CSR No.128 of 2015 and the counter petitioner has given a Pro-Note to the petitioner and agreed to repay the amount. He further submitted that after due enquiry, it was closed as civil in nature. A copy of the closure report has been furnished today.
