Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought by the petitioner has become infructuous since the case in C.C.No.113 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Alandur has ended in acquittal of the petitioner/accused. Therefore, the learned counsel submitted that nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

2. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 18.07.2023 mrr To The Public Prosecutor, High Court, Madras.
