ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent-Police to execute the non-bailable warrant (i.e. NBW) issued against Mrs.Praveena (third respondent herein) in connection with the judgment of conviction, dated 08.01.2024 in S.T.C.No.131 of 2020 on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode within stipulated time.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that yesterday (29.07.2025), the third respondent/accused was secured and produced before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Erode.
