ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the E. Tender Notice dated 14.03.2017 to 24.03.2017 issued by the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondents.
2. It is contended on behalf of the respondents that the issues raised in the Writ Petition have become infructuous and that the tenders have been awarded and work had also been completed.
3. Nothing further survives for adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
