This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8651 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10996 of 2023 on 20.07.2023 to report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
