This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.07.2016 and 17.10.2016 regarding Trolley (SA/011) at Erode JN Railway Station.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, Mr.P.T.Ramkumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents stated that the petitioner's representations dated 10.07.2016 and 17.10.2016 have been disposed of on 26.10.2016 itself informing that the petitioner's request is being processed as per extant policy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

guidelines. Further, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel that the respondents have no intention of inviting tenders for Catering Trolley also.

3. Under the above circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
