This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.8(b) in Crl.OP.No.16515 of 2023 vide order dated 16.08.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either sides.

3.Considering the submissions made on either sides, the condition 8(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.16515 of 2023 dated 16.08.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police, everyday at 05.30 pm, for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
