This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for the period of four months, imposed on petitioner/accused in in Crl.O.P.No.8534 of 2023 dated 30.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, final report is filed and case is taken on the file of the I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai, in C.C.No.84 of 2022.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
