This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 06.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12412 of 2023 to report before the Thanjavur East Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., for four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent Police, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Jurisdictional Court, daily, till the charge sheet is taken on file and charges are framed and thereafter, as directed by the trial Judge.
