This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 13.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15432 of 2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of four weeks and thereafter, on the first Monday of every month till the charge sheet is filed and thereafter as directed by the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
