This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.16343 of 2023 on 26.07.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
