[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on him by this Court on 15.06.2023 in Crl.MP.No.2775/2023 in Crl.A.No.235/2021.

2.This Court, while suspending the sentence imposed on the petitioner on 15.06.2023, directed the petitioner to stay at Villupuram and to report before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court [Fast Track Mahila Court], Villupuram, on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m.pending appeal. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is complying with the said condition till date. The learned counsel further submitted that since the financial condition of the petitioner is not sound enough to bear the boarding and lodging expenses by staying at Villupuram, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court on 15.06.2023 stands modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court [Fast Track Mahila Court], Villupuram, once in a month on the first working day at 10.30 a.m.
