The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that History Sheet register opened in the name of the petitioner is in force till 31.12.2024. The petitioner has given a representation on 27.05.2024 to delete his name from the register of the History Sheeter and the same is under active consideration. Following the Police Standing Order 748 and 749, necessary orders will be passed. 3.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
