Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2019 and pass final orders within a stipulated period and consequential direction to permit the Petitioner to take clay from Panaikulam Lake, totally three tractors of Clay by two or three times in a year, without any condition for every year.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 12.06.2019 made by Petitioner to grant permission to take clay from Panaikulam Lake.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, submits that the representation made by the Petitioner has already been considered and the Second Respondent, by an order dated 25.09.2019, has permitted the Petitioner to take clay from the Panaikulam Lake on 30.09.2019 and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
