Crl.M.P.No.15875 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15875 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.19107 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from prison shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Peelamedu Police Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 04.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 pm for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19107 of 2022 by order dated 12.08.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.
4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19107 of 2022 by an order dated 12.08.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
